How can I do everyday life and stay connected spiritually?
I once thought that I had to spend hours in prayer, meditation, and worship in order to please God. That was a long time ago when I saw God as something outside of myself—a deity out there somewhere who was waiting for me to mess up so he could punish me.
I’ve come a long way since then. Now, I know that there is no separation between me and my creator. God lives in and through me. My mind or imagination (based upon what I believe) is creating the reality I experience day to day. Therefore, everything is sacred. There is no line in the sand dividing my spiritual practice and my daily chores—the sacred and the secular. It’s all sacred and life is fun!
Christ is all encompassing—touching everything I experience. I see myself as Christ talking to God in my inner thoughts which never ceases. it requires that I keep a close observance on the thoughts going on in my inner world. You’ll perhaps sense what I’m trying to say as Brian Scott reads this transcript from Neville Goddard as he speaks about our Inner Conversations.
