Healing Energy Sharing at Sweethome

Healing CeremonyOn March 3, 2018 Sweethome Retreat will offer Energy Sharing & Healing Ceremony. Fellowship and share your stories with people who understand your unusual spiritual experiences during this one-day spiritual retreat.

We will have a drum & dance circle to call in the directions and begin a healing ceremony. Each person will have a turn receiving healing energy. Practice your unique modality with other attendees. We will prepare a meal as we enjoy casual conversations. Food is included in the retreat price. Meditate while walking the nature trails in Sweethome Healing Woods to connect with Mother Gaia. Happy holidays everyone! I hope you are enjoying the festivities as this year is winding down to a close. Thank you for the love and support you have shown me throughout the year. 

Package Light LanguageAt this time last year, many of you took me up on my offer of a package deal of 15-minute recorded light language activations. It was fun to keep in touch with your spiritual progress as I created personalized activations on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. So, I’ve decided to make this mini-activation bundle available again between now and December 31st. 

For each activation, you will get one written page of codes and an MP3 audio that allows you to hear the light language as the code is being scribed onto paper. During a mini-activation, I connect with our beloved guides to transmit frequencies in spoken and written galactic languages and codes. Many times information comes through that reveals instruction or encouragement when you are going through a spiritual change (which seems to be ongoing these days!). This audio-visual experience activates a higher level of cosmic awareness, removes blockages, and helps shift old patterns into the new paradigm of wholeness.

The 15-minute recordings are normally $35 each. If you purchase a bulk package between now and December 31, I will offer the discount described below. The recorded activations can be for you, or you may share the package with your friends. As the package purchaser, you will let Yvonne know you are ready to receive a recorded activation, and state who the activation is for. 

Start using the package right away. All activations in the package must be used by December 31, 2018.

Feeling Isolated and Alone as a Lightworker

So many lightworkers are secluded, isolated, and feeling alone these days. We often serve others and minister to everyone–except ourselves. Some have been hurt by people they trusted, even “spiritual” people who were supposed to show unconditional love. 

We’ve played it “safe” by staying out of public places to protect our sensitivities. We’ve even stayed away from spiritual outings and gatherings to keep from being hurt even more. We seem to trust no one! The truth is we need each other.

While it’s a good thing to spend time alone in nature or listening to our inner guidance, we tend to be hermits!  It’s time to take down the walls around your heart and begin to trust that you are wise enough to know who is safe and who is not. The gift of discernment is a spiritual gift that every empathic or sensitive person has. Many don’t use it because they either look to gurus to tell them what to believe or they don’t trust what they inwardly sense to be true.

Look at the tentative schedule of activities we have arranged so far. 

  • Lee Ashley will facilitate a Cree pipe ceremony as part of our welcome circle on Thursday night.
  • The 36th Annual Indian Education Pow Wow & Fall Festival is this same weekend and we plan to carpool to the event on Friday morning. We return to Sweethome in time for dinner and a group meditation that evening.
  • On Saturday morning Lori Miles will teach a kundalini yoga class. Lee will lead a Cree sweat ceremony that afternoon.
  • Sandy will teach body analysis and show ways to do self massage. 
  • I’ll be offering a light language class on Sunday morning.
  • Janna will facilitate the wand and staff making art session that afternoon and we will have a community drum circle that evening.
  • On Monday, Lee will assist us to create our very own talking sticks.
  • Hal is coming to share his poetry and has free books to share!
  • I’m offering discounted private coaching/light language sessions throughout the event.

LODGING

We have four bedrooms to share with our guests (two per room/bed). When those spaces fill up, we will open floor space (sleeping bags/bunk rolls) indoors, and offer tent camping outside. The modest price of $40 per night per person covers lodging and basic toiletries and linens, art supplies, and all of your meals during the event at Sweethome. All of the group classes/sessions we offer to one another are free.

Out with the Old, In with the New

Art by Evgeniia LitovchenkoAs I began cleaning closets to prepare our house for the market I found all kinds of things that I no longer used or needed. There were some things that I felt no sentiment toward. Clothes that I don’t like or wear, or that don’t fit were easy to give away.

But, then there were some items that brought up memories that made it difficult to let the item go. My daughter’s baby dolls being a point in case. I could not part with them. Heck! I still have the baby dolls I played with as a child!

I have offered the dolls to my daughter, who is now 32 years old and has two boys of her own. She didn’t want them and felt no attachment to them. This caused me to keep asking myself “Why am I attached to these dolls? They are ragged and torn.” I made them for my daughter when she was little and somehow they seemed to carry a part of me, part of her and her childhood, part of our past together.

Then I began to consider what else I am attached to besides personal possessions. 

What do I need to be free of energetically?
What is holding me back from my highest potential?
What would it take for me to be free?
Do I want to be free?

A lot came up–particularly unpleasant memories from my childhood. Events that had shaped me and how I now relate to conflict–or rather how I tend avoid speaking my truth when I feel it may cause someone else to be uncomfortable. I realized how I was giving my power away by repeating this pattern. I wanted to be free from this way of relating that causes me to repress my feelings in the presence of people I consider to be more powerful than I am. So, I asked my guides for help.

For the next few weeks I faced conflict everywhere I turned. I was forced to learn a new way to respond. No more retreating, stuffing, or pretending. I brought everything to the light as it came up. My ego was miserable! My higher self smiled, knowing how beneficial this was for my spiritual growth.

And, like a good neighbor, my guides were there with synchronicity. I got an email from Wendyne Limber offering an online course titled Intimacy without Responsibility. As I read through the overview, I realized this course was exactly what I needed to help me break free from a pattern that was limiting my happiness and making me feel responsible for everyone. I was being offered a chance to stop being concerned about how people react when I set a boundary that doesn’t please them.

I signed up for the daily email right away. I’m glad I did. Thirty-something emails later I have made positive changes in the way I treat and love myself whenever I’m faced with conflict. This is life-changing in a good way!
