Harmonizing Upper and Lower Chakras

In this 1-hour audio class, Yvonne Perry teaches how to generate and direct energy to each chakra and then collect blended energies of the upper and lower chakras and store this life force “fuel” in the navel chakra (core).
This technique uses emotional energy, intention, and breath to balance feminine (heart) and masculine (head) energies within the body. This slow, shallow breathng technique includes smiling on the chakras to help them gently release stored or repressed energy and open to the love of the I AM Presence that is our divine essence. This exercise also helps to calm anxiety and bring awareness of spirit consciousness in the body.
The lesson in this audio teaches how to work with the smile breath to calm mental chatter and emotional upset. Moving from the core to manage energy within your own field and body, you will learn how to send energy to others without depleting your own energy supply.
