Join Lori Miles, Jana Mandes, and Yvonne Perry for a three-day full flower moon goddess retreat. Cozy up with your soul sisters at Sweethome Retreat September 13-15, 2019 for some goddess love and nurturing. This fun-filled time together will also be educational to enhance personal and spiritual growth.
Lori Miles will direct several activities such as creating a nature Soul Collage®, a method of self-discovery through the creation and intuitive analysis of a deck of cards made by intuitively gathering images and then combining them into a collage. Enhances intuition and the ability to hear from your inner guidance and access deep knowings in yourself.
Lori will lead Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan “Experiencing the Infinite.” This is the Yoga of Awareness and the manifestation of divine universal life force energy to forklift the soul for union with the higher self. This class will include Kriya or movement, posture (asana), hand positions (mudras). Body locks (bandhs). Eye/mental focus (dristi). The sacred sound current (the Naad of Shabad Guru). Mantra is repeated aloud or silently. Breathing (pranayam). When we learn to breathe consciously, we can calm our minds and master all aspects of our lives through the awareness of simply observing the breath. Meditation to develop a “quiet mind.” Sacred hand gestures (mudras). Deep relaxation.
Lori will also guide us in sungazing and moon gazing during the event.
Jana Mandes will leading the group in moongazing, stargazing, moonlight forest bathing, and morning forest bathing (sunshine or rain) during which Jana will invite you to step into the forest and experience the healing biophilia effect of connecting with nature through all of your senses. She will also lead Astrology Moon Node workshop using astrology as a tool of empowerment to guide you in discovering the natural gifts, and talents that you bring into this lifetime based on your South Node qualities. You will learn how to step out of the comfort zone of your South Node, while maintaining the innate wisdom gained through earlier times. Revealing your North Node qualities will validate the whispers of your soul, and serve as a compass to help you align with your own unique purpose, and guide you on the journey of your North Nodes calling. Maximizing your full potential to live a life full of purpose and meaning.
Yvonne Perry will take the group on a walk through the Healing Woods and encourage all to speak light language to the forest beings and fairies. She will lead a powerful drum circle on Friday night.
There will be plenty of time for resting in the sun or dancing in the rain, as well as journaling and sharing your experience with the group.
