At Sweethome, we love to get dirty and play with our friends! We’ve found it therapeutic to put our hands in the wet earth and create something. So why not join us in the pottery studio for some messy fun? We have a potter’s wheel, buckets of clay, boxes of glazes, sculpting tools, and a kiln.
The items you make here will need to dry before they can be glazed and fired. We will have the studio open each month to help you complete the process. Private time in the studio is also available. Each group event is limited to six participants. Kids are welcome!
The fee of $10 per person per month provides clay, glazes, and use of our wheel and sculpting tools as well as the firing of the piece(s) you create. We will fire your pieces for you when the clay condition is right.
