Living in higher dimensions does not mean that we de-materialize on Earth and re-materialize in another dimensional form–although anything is possible. Living in higher dimensions means operating under the keen guidance of your higher self in the here and now. This embodying of the frequencies of higher dimensions requires the completion of a great deal of “shadow” work that allows you to embrace the parts of yourself that have been hidden due to shame or trauma. It requires authenticity and self-acceptance. We move into higher dimensions seamlessly and hardly notice the shift. But when we lower our vibration through gossip, judgement, or hatefulness, we notice the drop immediately and are quickly able to make an adjustment to our attitude and return to a calm and loving state of being.
