Celestial priestesses and priests minister from the private temple of their heart—in the still point of infinite possibilities. These empowered lightworkers often gain wisdom and develop their missions by intuitively following a trail of synchronic breadcrumbs. These trailblazers learn on the fly as they are instructed from lessons learned in their Earth experiences and from beings in higher realms. Many, such as my podcast guest Jeff Krisman, have not received formal training to do what they’ve been called to do. Their spiritual education often comes from life experiences and following inner guidance as life synchronistically unfolds before them.
Podcast host and long-term spiritual practitioner Jeff Krisman shares how consciousness, sacred conversations, and mindfulness helped him find more healing, joy, peace, and meaningfulness in the everyday moments of life. Jeff is the host of 2 different podcasts:
- The ONEConsciousness Deep Conversations Podcast features conscious conversations with spiritual practitioners, healers, and teachers about their work, their Journey, the most formative lessons learned along the way, and about their own evolution as Divine/Human beings. These conversations are spontaneous and in the moment with no agenda, no script, and no limits. https://oneconsciousnessdeepconvospodcast.buzzsprout.com
- The Inspiring Conversations Podcast is a platform where Jeff talks with artists of all kinds about their work, their artistic perspective, their evolution, and about the most formative lessons learned along the way. https://inspiringconversationspodcast.buzzsprout.com
As a sufferer of chronic depression, Jeff has been on a spiritual journey for most of his adult life and has learned various ways to increase his self-esteem. As he learned more about spirituality, he began asking himself, why am I here? What is my purpose? His curiosity led him to ancient Eastern philosophies of Buddhism, Hinduism and the teachings of Ram Dass. He started to learn about practicing mindfulness and how consciousness goes beyond our thoughts and feelings.
Jeff has always struggled with self-esteem issues and the feeling of inadequacy. Practicing mindfulness exercises such as meditation and journaling allowed him to see his own worth. His definition of consciousness has radically changed as well. As Jeff has learned, Consciousness is more than just ourselves; it is the Divine in Everyone and is Everything.
Jeff’s healing focus is on Karma Yoga, Ascension, and Kashmir Shaivism as his own spiritual work. He has learned that the best thing that he can do for others is to do his work on himself to bring out his Inner Light.
How did Jeff start his podcasts? It all came from his desire to meet new people and enhance his conversation skills. Talking to people and being vulnerable has always been a struggle for Jeff, so his podcasts became a way for him to step outside his comfort zone and meet new and inspiring people.

Many people equate soul purpose with goal-based achievements. Clients often ask me, “What is my soul purpose?” and “How do I manifest my mission?”
Your soul purpose is your private experience and inner journey toward Home. This personal unification process includes being loving and kind to yourself and being fully present as consistently as you can. Your worth and your soul purpose have nothing to do with your accomplishments.
Mission is your ministry or work. It is how you “do unto others.” Your service-based mission is expressed when you take time to listen to someone who needs companionship. It can be the act of doubling a blessing by “paying it forward.” It could be helping a turtle get safely across the road or helping someone tie his shoes. When you act out of kindness, compassion, and love, you are accomplishing your mission.
