Many people equate soul purpose with goal-based achievements. Clients often ask me, “What is my soul purpose?” and “How do I manifest my mission?”
Your soul purpose is your private experience and intimate inner journey toward Home. It’s about having an integral relationship with the Divine and the human parts of yourself. This personal unification process includes being loving and kind to yourself and being fully present as consistently as you can. And, without judging yourself when you miss the goal. Your worth and your soul purpose have nothing to do with your accomplishments. Your soul purpose is to explore and be curious about life itself!
Mission is your “outer” work. It is how you “do unto others.” Therefore, it is also your ministry. Your service-based mission/ministry is expressed when you take time to listen to someone who needs companionship. It can be the act of doubling a blessing by “paying it forward.” It could be helping a turtle get safely across the road or helping someone tie his shoes. When you act out of kindness, compassion, and love, you are accomplishing your mission.
